Ben John-Hynes
Hubs;Front hub? There's not really any need to grease the centre of the axle. Just check for play/grit in the bearings. If there is, unscrew the cones and take a look.Rear hub? Hope Pro 2, How do I dismantle this---- If it's a pro2 trials you can pull the hub body off. to do this, I usually get 2 spanners and pull the sprocket away from the hub, this should help to get it off. There's a small washer underneath this, DO NOT LOSE IT. Check for broken springs/pawls, wear on the ratchet. Give it an oil up and push it back onto the hub.Chain;Clean with MUC OFF chain cleaner. It's amazing! Then some MUC OFF chain lube. Halfords/bikehut one is good too(tis green in a clear bottle).BB; if it's sealed you can't take the bearings out, so if it feels shitty get a new one. If it's all good then leave it Headset, hope sealed, cups and everything off, grease internals, grease steerer tube, reassemble? Yeah, just remember where everything goes after haha :$Brakes; NO idea about brakes, well- disks anyway!
jambo
I find the park tools site quite handy. PARK TOOLS
JonMack
Hubs;Front hub? Hope Pro 2 - Check to see if there is any play in the bearings, give them a grease.Rear hub? Hope Pro 2 - Follow BJH's adviceChain: Clean then lube with teflon based lubeBB - Driveside is reverse thread, non is standard thread, although there's not a lot you can do to them as they're sealed units, although I always copper slip the threads and grease the tapers/splines on the BB and cranksHeadset - No need to take it out the frame, just maybe give it a quick grease.Brakes, Dual mono trials, 06... Normal brake service, pistons out with the compressor, polish them up? Pistons out = re-bleed. They're not supposed to come out though to my knowledge, there's no need to pop them out and polish them.Whats behind the bore caps? - Oil, and the pistons.New pads front and rear - I guess, if they need it.I've put my thoughts in. To be honest I think it's all overkill though. I tend to just check all the bolts are tight, make sure all bearings and stuff are greased, and ride it. If it aint broke (or creaking) don't fix it. There's no real point taking the whole bike apart, just ride it.

Nickkkkk
It is, its creaking like a bitch from many areas... my hubs skipping slightly, my chains a state and sticking... Also, im waiting for a tube so cant ride.. well I can but I dont suppose my tube made with bubblewrap will stand up much longer!Just take it apart using the wikipedia guides and you shouldn't have much of a problem. F-Stop Junkie
If I were you, I'd find out a bit more about the bits on your bike. If you've got cheap headset, BB and hubs with loose bearings, then you can do a full strip and rebuild. The chances are a lot of the bits on your bike are cartridge bearings which you can't really do a lot with. Your BB is likely to be a sealed cartridge or sealed bearings. Make sure the cups and cranks are tight, otherwise there's nothing you can do. Same with the hubs, they're cartridge bearings. If there's no play in the bearings, there's not really a lot you can do to maintain them. From what you've said, it'd be worth giving the chain a good clean and lube (I second Muc-Off!), and carefully pull the freehub off to clean and check it's all OK (instructions should be on the Hope site), but for the most part, if it ain't broken, don't fix it. If it's all working, then you might introduce a problem by mucking about with your bike. As long as everything's tight and free of play, you're fine.
