Sponge
Hello there,I'm currently piecing together my page for our school's year book which is due in on Monday, however, I've nearly completed it and only just realised it has to be A4 in .jpeg format... the thing is though that I've been putting it together on my Word Document, meaning that it's literally a fat background picture in vertical A4 size with a bunch of other pictures neatly strewn across. Is there a way for me to convert this into a .jpeg file? I thought about the 'print screen' button, but a. it doesn't work on my laptop and b. if i tried that, it wouldn't be able to capture the entire A4 vertical page.Is there some sort of free software online or a method on Word, where I can convert the entire A4 page into a .Jpeg picture file?Any help'd be awesome! Thanks
Joey B
Try using a Program called PrintKey. It lets you select and area of the screen and then save or print it, just zoom out on word to get the whole page showing on screen.Link to a download of the freeware version here
JD™
Could you not just copy+paste what you have into an image editing piece of software? Then just use the print preview to make sure everything looks right and is the right size, save and send?
Danny
You sure word can't save it as a JPG anyway? File > Save As > ...........
Krisboats
Use pdf creator to save the word document as a pdf file. Open in photoshop/adobe reader and then save as a jpg Other methods are going to introduce a lot of unnecessary distortion in the image. Sponge
Thanks guys, sorted ! Here's one last bit that needs doing:bordered font. How's it done? Is there a little function on Microsoft Word that allows you to do this? I'm after this effect basically: white words with a black shade surrounding it (this is so the words stand out against my scenery background)thanks again! Then get basic word art text and then pop that over the oval and bring it to the front.
