It didn't look that bad to me until the camera zoomed in on rowan and the big object he elbowed :$ damn that must have been painful. Makes me think of the Ryan Leech elbow/forearm stack in Crux where he attempts what looks like a 360 gap across those two concrete blocks.Pause the video at 00:07 and look close at rowan's right elbow, he clearly hits that cast iron metal object.
