trialschallenger
just put my new chain on(kmc kool chain) and after every half rotation of the cranks the chain rides round the sprocket on the middleburns and gets caught up,it looks like the chain is too wide is there any way round this? Luke Rainbird
If it's a Middleburn ring, you can often flip them over to put the teeth an extra mm or two from the bash. The pins of a thick chain can get caught on the bash edges so this might be the case. Otherwise either running a thinner chain, machining the bash down a touch, or popping a few washers between the ring and bash may help. Then again, it may just be a case that everything needs to bed in a little more
