Trials Meister
Hello everyone, my name is John. I used to ride trials back in the day when I was 16 on a Brisa, I quit when I was around 19 because of higher education and wanting to go Uni.I've been wanting to get back into the sport but because of lack of funds I haven't been able to!Since leaving Uni and getting a full time job I now have been able to afford a new bike. I've been saving for last few months and have around £1200 to spend.I've been looking on TartyBikes for a new spec bike but not knowing the geo of modern day bikes I've been a little confused.I'm after a 26" bike but with more of a old style geo compared to a new. The Phase bikes look pretty good for the price and they are streety which I like.I'm going to look into more bikes and the latest parts and hopefully get a nice bike with some money last over for petrol to travel. Thanks a lot for any info you might bring forward! Polish Petee
Hello to you, and welcome to the forum. It is very nice to see people geting back to the sport after so long time!I was just thinking about a bike for you and i thougt that a short 07 echo control would have been a nice bike for you. It has a low bb and it's quiet short. Check it out your self, it's on tartybikes at the moment and the frame is on sale offere as well.I never owned one, but i have heard that they are strong frames and i also had a similar geo bike and i liked it, but thats only me! Also, It shouldn't take you long to get validated and become a full member with your posting!Good luck with finding a new bike!!Peter.
