Ive reading up on latex inner tubes and wandering if they would be anygood for trials. They seem to tick all the boxes imo although they dont seem to come in 20 inch which is a bummer for me.

Just wandered what you thought. share your views.

they are actually more puncture resistant than rubber tubes as the latex is far more elastic and can be pushed thurther before ripping. They are generaly lighter than rubber tubes too, but as has been said, they can loose air and when you do puncture one, they can be hard to fix.

I read up you can use a standard puncture repair kit on them..

I think you can aswell

I'd imagine they don't stick that well though.

But get one for the front. I've been using one for aaaaaaaaaaages. About a year I think, with so serious knocks, where any other tube would have punctured and I've never punctured it.

Ive been running a green Michelin latex tube in my front wheel for about 2 years now. No problems so far, however i do remember the bike feeling a little odd when i first put it in, didnt feel like a standard tube more bouncy.
