Practice Question

Question from a newbie here so patience please if I'm talking out me arse  Is it better to practice a move and alternate the forward foot or does everyone favor one or the other. I seem to be more comfortable using my right foot but don't want to get lazy on the other foot if it's crucial to good technique.

Cheers

Now would be a great time to learn things both ways with either foot. Personally for me its like being a beginner again when I try to use my bad foot for things. So I say alternate your feet if you want to be the best in the world otherwise just do what feels comfortable.

sometimes i regret not learnin to use both feet its anoying in tight spots!!

i always use my "chocolate foot" (strong) and now i am trying to learn to use my other foot but i get fustrated, but i would definatly recomend learnin to alternate itll give you a wider range of moves further on your trials journey

can you use both, and can you sidehop both ways?

I can do a few things, I can sidehop about bar height, 6ft gaps, wheel swap and so on. Vince is a beast at it though! Sometimes it hard to tell which foot is his fave.
