siyross
I am currently looking for a decent new crank.I am using an un-branded one at the moment and it is totally rubbish. I am using a square taper BB. Can any of you please recommend a decent trials crank that is fairly light but also fairly strong? As i am new i think i will need more strength that weight saving. Dave!
I can reccomend the Echo forged cranks. I've bin running them for a year or two and they are great! They don't break the bank either. These: http://www.tartybikes.co.uk/product.php?pr...category_id=514 Edited April 6, 2009 by Dave! forteh
If youre not running ffw then middleburns cannot be beaten imho, you can pick them up for less than 50 quid on fleabay, guaranteed for life and lighter than any other cranks out there

forteh
i have been looking at a middleburn. That has helped me along the way thanks.I have 3 sets (one on my triton, one on my santacruz chameleon and one spare set) and to be honest I dont think I will destroy one set My only gripe would be the lack of options in the past for putting different gearing on but that has now been rectified with the heatsink cloud9 and the tnn bashes.
