Tomm
Hydate more???That would be my guess. A helmet rubbing might make the skin sore but that's not really a headache?
Hendrix
I occasionally get a headache from wearing my helmet too tight, or if it rubs too much in one spot. All of the above have been countered by drinking loads of water/what ever during the day, and maybe carrying some painkillers.
Gandalf the Yellow
too tight. the adjuster on the back (where available should be just firm so don't pinch it hard together to get few extra clicks.and straps need to be loose enough so you can fit 3-4 fingers between your head and strap. if you still get headaches then extra padding where its hurting...last resort: the helmet just isn't right for you and time to invest in another. not all helmets fit everyone nicely!steve
Captain Scarlet
Yep everyone has a different size and shape of head.Same when it comes to buying motorbike helmets, the same size can be a completely different fit between two different makes.Loosen it off, check the padding and make sure there are no sharp or proud edges in the plastic underneath.Worst comes to worst, just buy a new helmet. =D
mountian goat
try wearing a hat/beanie under the helmet works for me but its not to nice on a hot dayo and try only wearing it when you are actually riding som it stays off your head for a while hope i have helped lee
Jamie_Trials
This may seem odd but what i did is put it on and slacked it until i can smile with my teeth out then it gives abot of slack so you don't squash your head (which may be your problem) but doesn't fall off Edited April 7, 2009 by Jamie_Trials
hdmackay
I sometimes get headaches when i'm out riding but I thought it was just from riding too much! My helmet isn't that tight though so maybe it is from that.It gets quite sore when I go to front alot? I find the best way is to just rest for a bit.
