psycholist
Dipping the front of the bike lower on take off will allow you to push harder with the pedals to gap further (If you pedal too hard with the front high you'll loop out). I'm pretty sure I don't gap any bigger than in your video myself though, but that's what physics says is required. My limiting issue is that I'm very slow to commit to anything involving a lot of airtime or momentum...
Muel
I'd say you need to stop at the edge instead of doing it in two hops, if you're already moving I reckon you'll find it harder to put all your power into the gap.
Mr Motivator
You take off about 8 inches from the edge of that pallet.Pinch gap it. Edited April 3, 2009 by Mr Motivator

ZeroMatt
Depends on ratio, if it's a harder one can gap further like that. But yeah what muel said really
T-BAD
Redbull, it gives you wingssssssspreload, dip front end more and give it some pasty. try and be abit more controlled too, you seem to rush a little.
sstein
As said really. Stop about 8" from the edge of the object, balance for a second, dip the front a lot and then kick hard. I find that it also helps to kick my legs sideways slightly, so I can go further without looping out. Edited April 3, 2009 by sstein
Fishy
How do you pinch gap?
MikeCottTrials
Compress your tyre on the edge of the obstacle as you preload,at this stage dont worry about ityou need to focus on getting better control of your bike
