Ali C Posted April 2, 2009 Report Share Posted April 2, 2009 find somewhere that sells ployurethane, the colour doesn't matter so much (although it can make a difference) its the Shore A durometer (the hardness) that matters.Look for something with between 82 and 90 Shore A. The best way to shape it is with a REALLY sharp knife (like a stanley blade, or one of those snappable retracting blades). Use some soapy water as lube.
