Like between where the brake lever bolts in and the cylinder , piston thing. On closer inspection i found that is is cracked but, I wanted to no if this has happend to anyone eles Magura hs33. I dont even no how is has happend because i no that i havn't banged it on anything could this just be a fault of the lever and also, What brake lever do you recomend i now buy ?.

Couldn't you get a half decent alu welder to get it done?

I can aluminuim weld my self but to be honest it is just pointless it would just give again soon. I was going to be getting a new one soon anyways

Also you're free to have it. It's no use to me anymore

looking at your lever its pretty bashed. You could try for a warranty, but I would think they would refuse due to the marks on the lever blade.

You can't weld the lever either, its cast which is a big problem, plus they have a high magnesium content, so they would melt very easily.
