finally got round to taking some pics.

this rides so much nicer than my old coust.

Zhi Z3 1080,385,35.

Echo fork

tryall old shape 160 (not one in photo as thats broke clean)

deore on single track soon to be tryall h hub on a light drilled rim

wtb front tyre

fsa orbit headset

old nuc stem with tryall punching bar. bar to change to Moe bar

tryall cranks and bash with tensile freewheel

moe bb

v12 ti pedals soon to have mag bodies

magura with heatsink pads and a Plazmatic braided hose.

rohloff normal tensioner (not the dh as pic) moddified to sit closer to frame

rear h hub on koxx gold rim with 15t cog and a tryall rear trye.

any hints to making it lighter with out losing strength would be cool.

Yeah man! I like that!

The build isn't completely to my taste, but its not my bike :lol: im sure it rides really well. Think that chain could be a bit shorter though :-

Edit: but it seems you have the short DH rohloff, which makes things more tricky, i got a longer tensioner arm made so that it tucked up nicely under the chainstay.

have changed tensioner since pic to a long arm version.

thanks for the waring on the H hub guys.

yes the slightly high bb makes a difference in a good way.

will see you at hut hill if not before

coust was nice but never got it right. now hangs on the wall
