Pretty sure i'm getting a Czar (long) mod frame to replace this short dumpy thing i have now. Just seeing if anyone has owned or ridden one and what you thought of it.

Also, if anyone can remember the geo of the old echo (i think it was the 05), with the big holes like on the t-uk frame, as i'd like to do some comparing.

Thanks (Y)

I think the 05 echo was something along the lines of 362mm stays, 1030 wheelbase, 72 degree headangle (was there a short? if so, itll be the same but less reach). So fairly similar to the long czar..

There was a short yeah, good that's pretty much what i'm hoping to end up back with.

05, The one with the holes at the headtube join ;)

Edit: I acctully have the frame sitting next to me just now. Chainstay=360mm Wheelbase=1005mm Reach=23.5"

Those measurments are with the back wheel push right into the drop-outs.

I wonder if the short and long had the same bb hight. Because i don't remember my old echo having that high of a bb. :S

Im not sure if they did or didnt to be honest. But when i moved from my Echo with +57 to my Gu with +60, I did notice a difference in feel of BB height. So maybe the Echo just feels lower than it acctully is?
