6 Foot Mod Rider N Bikes

I had a Zona once, it was HUGE, it had a 1070 WB with my T-Pro forks and fooked chain. :P (The slaves were at a hilarious angle).

I'd say get as big as you can get. Jon rides his Dob well, but he's fairly skinny I believe, if you're a bit of a heffer you'll want something bigger and stronger.

I'm 6 foot and have ridden pretty much every frame on the market :P I would personally advise a long wheelbase with a high front end, especially coming from stock. I found that even if you had a short frame you could get away with it if you ran a high bar/stem combo.

I'm 6ft, rode a lot of different frames and found that the length had nothing to do with how comfortable it was. It was just a matter of preference, for a time i liked long frames and rode those, then went over to short stuff like the 221Ti, then back to long bikes. 6ft is fairly average, if you were 6'5 or taller you could start worrying about choosing a frame which fits you.

Exactly, just because you are 6' 1" doesn't mean you need a long mod. I would go with a short mod 1000mm WB. Much more fun…….because bunny hops are where its at.

i like your thinking,i did think 1070 was abit over kill for what i want. looking around i don't think i'll go more than 1040!

i'm really liking the looks of the A3 and the GU LE?

but riden montys before and there great fun...i don't know, i think i need to test ride some bikes.

I'm 6ft 1 and ride a Dob mod with a wheelbase of 995mm.

I was similar although i was riding a monty 221. Thats 1000mm right?

Just because your taul doesnt mean you need a long bike, get out and ride some short and some long you may be suprised.

I prefer shorter bikes as i can throw them around more.
