Trials Punk
Same as what Mark said, it was more of a hobby to him. Yes it is a shame to see a trials buisness go down the pan, as other companys get the monopoly and prices can rise. Although, it is the end of a badly run company. Fair play to Dan, he did have a bash at running it but he wasn't up to the challenge. Wouldn't suprise me if all the negativity has been hyped up, after all we do know that people will jump up and shout negative comments but seldom shout praise. I think what might of helped him would have been to own up to things sooner than he did, maybe be more active on here aswell answering peoples woes (bearing in mind I'm not here 100% of the time, so he may have done this anyway).Maybe now trials UK is out of the picture, another shop will open and take its place in the market. Who knows.
eskimo
If it had in actual fact closed, then why wouldn't you want to inform people, especially if the website doesn't state it? It's not 'bragging' about it, it's letting people know that they could potentially be wasting their time and/or money there. To be fair, it seemed like he was. Maybe now trials UK is out of the picture, another shop will open and take its place in the market. Who knows.Kinda leaves a gap doesn't it? Unless Trialsman & Select pull their socks up.
