zonaboy1
I desperatley need to get hold of a new stem and bar combination as the standard ones on my zona are really making the bike sluggish. I already lightened the front end with some zona zedd forks to make it easier to sidehop etc but the bars and stem are rediculous. Together they way nearly the same as the bike itself. I had some riser bars and a kalloy stem on for a few days which really made things easier but the stem was really short.Does any body have any ideas on which will be the best bar and stem combo for a long wheel base mod bike. Preferably riser bars.?

Muel
Shut up Chinnery, why don't you use the search and find a topic about the best bar/stem set-up for a Zona, that would actually be helpful, and you would have realised that there havn't been any! Linky. From my experience, I'd say TrialTech Bars with a Try-All stem or Monty TI/Try-All Rage bars on a Monty TI stem. Depends what sort of shape bars you want though and how high you want them, Monty TI and Try-All Rage bars have a lot of upsweep and backsweep, whereas Zoo/Adamant/Czar/GU bars have almost none, and TrialTechs are somewhere in the middle.
