zoster
just wondering, if there are on the market adjustable stems (the ones that allow you to change the angle) that can take trials abuse...
aener
Not quite like the ones I think you're thinking of - but TRA and co. were running these weird adjustable things a while back. Not sure if they still are - haven't seen anything from him in quite some time now.If they can take HIS forces - I'm sure they could take yours, but I'd just have a hard time trusting them, I'm afraid.EDIT: Sorry - can't provide a link or name or anythhing - just thought I'd throw it out there. basher
TRA and thomas ohler where using these for along time, not sure which make it was though. TRA is sponsored by trialtech so doesn't use them anymore. if i remember rightly they have a gay clamp size may be 25.4 so limited to a selected few bars. think tra used the same make bars as the stem and they had a slight rise similar to onza risers Edited March 2, 2009 by basher

Ali C
you can also get a specialised stem which looks all perfectly normal but it has an oversized steerer and uses a set of shims to alter the angle. Its perfectly strong enough for trials and is quite light. The only down side is the total range on rise only goes up to 17degrees and they are hard to find.
