kyeo00 Posted March 14, 2009 Report Share Posted March 14, 2009 Definitely, i ride a lot of xc and considered myself quite fit bike wise but i've only been riding trials properly for about a month or so and i've really noticed the different muscle groups you use.My back hurts, my hands hurt, my ankles hurt and my arms hurt, but its all good Haha- i have to second this.I've got plenty of blisters.But, most of all my back freaking kills!When i sit on a chair i can't even sit up straight:o' well i suppose that's the beauty of trials!Mat.
