NVWOCI WVS
Does anybody know where I can get hold of some fluorecent yellow (day-glo style) magura hose? I've seen it before, so I know it exists!
weirdoku
According to this thread Link, you can get coloured hosefrom Rusty's Cycle shop in Scunthorpe but I don't know if they have the colour you want. I don't see any on their website, maybe you could try giving them a call and see if they would do a postal order?Let me know, I want some coloured hose too. psycholist
If you can't get tubing the right colour, electrical heat shrink tubing would be an option to colour the brake lines - it would also allow you to cover the fittings at each end of the brake lines if that's the look you're going for... PaRtZ
settle down ladiesAlternatively you can buy some clear hose and put flourescent yellow food dye (dont ask me where from) in your magura (if you're running water in it)IE:Bare in mind that attempt didn't work because the hose was too ductile, it was actually just washer hose from halfords, but the next incarnation I did with the proper stuff had blue food dye in it and looked mint Unfortunatly I cant find any pictures yet, the only image I cant find is pictures in this video I made ages ago: Trials-Forum Video -> Full View • Download • Upload
Fish-Finger-er
yea, i did that with red stuff once, as for the size, its a fairly common size in the pneumatic power world (my dad used to work at a dairy, and got clear stuff from there, that was used for something or other pneumatic, and we used to have some at work, again as an air line)
