shorter stem = shorter feel to bike, although harder to lift front end due to less leverage......

er, shorter bars should help you pull it up; and a higher front end always helps, more stem stackers, higher rise stem, higher rise bars etc

+ tilt the bars back towards you.

Onza t-master stem has a short horizontal reach, and is quite high. Might make a difference, bu looking at your setup, it will probably make your bike feel shit for everything else. You need a shorter frame to do moves like that really, if you can't manage them with your curent setup.

edit: if you put your forks on the other way round, your wheel base will be about 90mm shorter :P
