How is that so light? i dont see how :S Its not like its even got the lightest parts on it or what not.

think most of the weight i shuck off it was the bash plate mounts

when i cut em off i held the mounts and they must of weighd 400g easy

plus the plate weighed 200 g

and ive replaced it with a 19g bash ring ;)

So you're telling me this weighs 40g more than a Koxx Sky? I really don't see it myself. It's taken me so much hard work to get my Dob to 8.15kg, dunno how you can get this T-Pro to 8.8 so easily with a pretty standard spec.

I was thinking the same, my stock is 8.95kg but thats using lightweight components pretty much everywhere. Have you actually weighed the bike?

forks = echo lites (drilled at the top 5x8mm holes and shortend as much as possible so has no spacers)

bars = onza carbon

frame = t-pro ( nitro mors'd,cut head tube, fully removed bash plate, mounts and drilled bb housing, 2x 8mm holes in drop-outs drilled)

cranks = monty 221 ti, echo SL bash ring, try all 108.9 freewheel, trial tech magnesium pedals (going to have trial tech bb and echo sl crank bolts tomorrow)

wheels = try-all rims frt and back, frt onza hub, rear viz! hub

but added a try-all bb and SL crank bolts

and drilled the stem (Y)
