Cookyboy
will need a diff bottom bracket
Captain Scarlet
Obvious one is a longer bottom bracket.Did you have a spacer on the crank arm before you fitted the bashring...?Another option is to try and tighten the freehwheel onto the crank arm as much as you can before you put it on (and you will still get it a bit tighter when you stand on the pedals once you've fitted it all), this may just clear the freewheel of the BB.Final idea is to physically make your bashring thinner by whatever means possible. stunt man t
Well grind it then, Saves money eh?.wont it make it weaker??? and just snap?its an echo sl bash ring if that helps?
Bigman
Personaly i would not go near the bash with a grinder, the bash needs to have a lip on it otherwise the freewheel will not turn, leave it as it is and buy a new BBAdam

Muel
That would rape the tapers in the crank arm, because it couldn't get tight.Get a new BB! Everything else is just bodging and has been done before, and will come back to bite you in the arse.
Alex Dark
ive got echo cnc cranks, gu bash, truvativ gigapipe dh bb (128) and a tensile FFw....and it still rubs, no way to make it fit. Tensile cranks, or new bb would solve it, but it's sort of groubd itself a little groove in my oh so soft bb shell so all's good.
JonMack
I thought the problem was you can't run FFW with Gigapipes? So new BB would sort it
Alex Dark
I thought the problem was you can't run FFW with Gigapipes? So new BB would sort it well, if you have tensile cranks you can....but it is just about possible with a tensile FFW and echo cnc cranks, and a bash
