love_trials
Hi, I seem am trying to fix a PC for a friend, I need to reinstall windows, but i cannot use a key board or mouse with the PC, after boot screen. I can enter BIOS and Boot menu, but them keyboard fails. I can start and let PC run as far as the login screen but then the mouse and keyboard wont work so I cant log in.I have googled this, and found a few options, none of which work for me. (remove mother board battery, change keyboard / mouse)Has any body else has this and found a solution that worked, or maybe offer some alternative solutions???Thanks in advance!'Timmy!' Dr. Nick Riviera
You'll be needing a ps2 keyboard to sort it out.

If i use a ps2 keyboard and re install windows, will the usb keyboard and mouse work again? Thanks
Si-man
Shouldn't need to re install windows. Just enable the usb in the bios and save it.
