Ollie Histon
T-UK days People turning up for the event only for it not to be there, and actually happen several weeks later once complains have been made on an internet bike forum. Mikey Tomo
LMAO! I actually laughed at that one . And only to arrive to find it wasn't what they were looking for and it was actually a downhill event.

Stan Shaw
Personally would love to see such an event However like Ads says, its about finding a venue with all the facilities. I don't think Blackpool has anywhere near enough stuff to ride, it's quite a repetitive spot I think.
Jack Chinnery
READINGGGGGGGGGGG, Just think the spots that are there.
Mikey Tomo
Never been to Reading but is there enough things to suit the beginners and the world class?
Jack Chinnery
Never been to Reading but is there enough things to suit the beginners and the world class?Yeah, Theres all sorts there PM either Jackmeek, Connor Powell or Rossy G. Fish-Finger-er
Never been to Reading but is there enough things to suit the beginners and the world class? No offence, but your an idiot... If you place it somewhere like reading, its just another city ride, not to mention we dont actually have permission to ride there, so cant really see you gettin the backing you want from a company to help make the event big, if the whole event is a (technically) illegal street ride. BenLeacockâ„¢
Do you really think Reading council would close the whole city just for a bike trials event, which will be satisfying a very small amount of the total population. It's got to be some where which is either dedicated OR well known private trials location. Edited January 27, 2009 by BenLeacockâ„¢

Ross Gardner
Reading would be one of the worst places to do it lol. Security is pritty tight in most places and I'm sure Tarty wouldn't want to host an event no where near where they're situated.
RossMcd
doubt this will happen lol but worth a try. What about fort william?

chris slater
I think its a great idea and the turn out would be amazing. Also Blackpool rocks would not be a bad place, they do go on for some distance and are great for all riders!
Mikey Tomo
Blackpool rocks then?
philking
Blackpool rocks then?Definitely not, as stan said before they are really repetitive...How about Farleton Knott? Hundreds of thousands of rocks, loads of sizes, plenty of land for camping, and i am guessing half the people on this forum don't even know what i am talking about which makes it new and novel - exactly what you need for this kind of event! Only thing is we don't know who owns the land and if he would be cool about using it in this way!

Otacon
Matlock Quarry ?-100's/1000's of different rocks of all shapes and sizes.-As far as i am aware you don't need permission to ride on there.-Plenty of room for Tents etc.-Car parking im not to sure of, I'm not sure if getting into the actual quarry itself is accesable via car ?-Sainsburys a 5-10 minute walk down the road for food, drink, toiletries and wash facility's (Face and hands only, no showers ), also a petrol station there.Just seems and cheap and decent option thats all

walker
If it were to be an official event then the safety requirements, public liability and all that in a quarry = nightmare...
