Transfering data from a 20GB hardrive to a 60Gb. I plug the 20gb hardrive on top of the 360 then I use the data cable to connect the hardrive to the rear usb port of the console I put the CD in and press "A" then it comes up with the picture of the console and it wont allow me to press "A" to go onto the next step but the "B" button is enabled as if it cant pick the hardrive up.

Pm me with help please...

Bought my xbox in uk, I thought that certain games are area exclusive and dont play on xbox's from other areas. Just wanted to clarify that if I was to buy a game from america, it wouldnt work.

what game is it, ill tell you its region :)

some games are ntsc-u locked but there are others that are region free so will work over here :)

Sent mine off on the extended rrod warranty, they've emailed me saying its been recieved at the repair centre, now i just have to wait for it to come back. Pretty impressed with the service so far i have to say :]

Same mine arrived tuesday 17th but still waiting for it to come back though.

talismoon fans: ebay. get whisper max but dont put the 12V part on, just use stock 5v bit. still better than MS's ones

case: easy as piss, youtube to take it off and put new one on same as you would the original

Anyone got a number for Microsoft where i don't have to speak to a dam machine because the repair site isn't working for me and the only number I can find is just some machine answer phone. Much appreciated.

Tam.

Microsoft support is Microsoft support, there are no magic numbers, you'll just have to deal with it.
