Try a guesset 1/2 link chain, get rid of the tensioner and single speed it up. working great on me inspired atm, and still able to get the wheel out easy.

With his moves, i doubt he wants snap happy half link chain. ;) Managed to snap it twice doing the same move, kick to 90 degrees to back wheel into drop. Thank god the drop was quite small! I am still alive!

sorted it now, ripped up the dvd case for "the grudge" wank film anyway, clear plastic with a slight kink in works wonders :)

I made a chain runner/guide from an old snapped plastic tyre lever, used a stanley knife to carve a groove and it was fine :)

here she is...

made the runner bit from the plastic case of a dvd box :)

3 strips of it,cut to sooo long, glued together

hot knife to shape the running edge, followed by sum shit hot glue 'hard as nailes' big blob of it, shaped, like soo, to create a nice rounded edge :):P

blob inbetween each strip to hold it together,

hot knife, to make the hole to bolt it on...

bolt'd on, n celoo'taped at the top

jobs a good en!

not the most asthetically pleasing thing, but works and teks seconds.. :)

EDIT: the next one im going to bolt straight to the bracket, no spring needed! :)
