sstein
To be honest I would recomend a saracen over a phase 1.3. Have a look at Onzas or something similar. The new onza rip is only £292 off tarty and will be much better.
TJ.
01256 331444 ask for Jarrod I'll sort you out a brand new one for £200.NO selling in NMC And the Phase is a nice bike to ride but i would say pay the extra and go for the Phase 1.2cheers TJ

ogre
theres one in my local shop, it'll be fine to start on buy you should look to upgrade the rear hub ideally to a hope pro 2 trials hub, if there out of your budget look at buying a fixed rear hub you can attach a freewheel to, and then buy a tensile freewheel
macy`d
I really hate saracens, they are just horrible looking, flexy and weak. I cant beleive im saying this but if its your first trials bike then start looking at onza`s.Alex Mac.

MAX (M.A.D)
I have a Phase 1.3 and I dont go much on them as the 1.3 which your interested in hasn't got four bolt mounts and the rear hub it comes with is rubbish. If you would like a phase though I would go for the slightly more expensive one the Phase 1.2 or 1.1Hope this helps, Max
