Ross McArthur
There is a circlip on the bolt which goes all the way through the tensioner so you have to remove that first. then take out the bolt. Then you pull out the gubbins and the spring that usually keeps the first jockey wheel sprung. There is a silver piece of metal which covers the gubbins that has to be pulled out the black arm. Then You will be able to put the bolt through into the hub.

It's amazing anyway, I get some stupid tension on it.Love it Muel, really nice bike thatBen.Cheers Ben!
Ross McArthur
It's probably a 4-jeri yea but mr control do them too now. They are a very good cheap substitute to a rholhof or similar.f**kn sweet bike btw. Front end looks stupid high mind you. Whatever suits you I suppose
Muel
Haha I love it, it's just like a big Mod!I was running it with a Monty TI bar and stem recently, but it was a bit too long.

toyota200x
The copper rims really make the bike look great. I don't think a black fork would look the best, stick with silver. Its always nice to see a well kept bike.
Muel
Just took some new pics today when I was getting some of my Echo ready for sale, so I thought I'd stick them up.
weirdoku
Muel, are you single? That is actually the first stock I actually want, stuff all the Koxx and what not, I'll have your's over a boxx anyday.Mint.
Muel
Haha cheers mate. I think I'd rather have something else though, like an XR26 or a Rockman. This is a bit flexy so the tyre rubs the frame and the pads rub the rim when I pedal hard, but it doesn't cause too much trouble to be honest.I doubt I'll change much now apart from experimenting with brake pads and similar stuff, I'm really happy with it now. Muel
Well you can't, it's mine. I'm not going to chane it, I just fancy something with a steeper head angle, a shorter wheelbase, higher bb and doesn't flex as much, but for the minute I'm just going to ride it, it suits me really well. weirdoku
Well when you change your mind, I always have room for that stock.
Matthew_Gibson
best way of sorting them tensioner out. Should get hold of Mike and see if he still has that orange king. and and fresh products lever. (think it was Mike) would look awesome
Muel
Nah I'd never run a King, I hate the way the engagement feels, I need a really notchy clunky solid engagement. It still works out at about 60 EPs at the crank which I find is perfect. I've always had a Tensile on my Mod, I hate anything with more than that, they just don't feel clunky enough. The tensioners amazing, I've hit it really hard once, it just twisted up around the axle bolt until it hit the underside of the frame, and I just pulled it back down with my fingers, it gives really good tension aswell.
