middleageman
Hey, I don't wish to step on any toes, but, when reading recent posts, it's getting harder to define one from another, due to some avatars being one and the same.I heart TGS may look cool once, but not all the time. It's confusing for simple people like myself!Whatever happened to individuality?Maybe it's just a clique.Don't forget the other forum outsiders! middleageman. middleageman
No, weirdoku, but thank you for asking and remembering!Imagine, hypothetically, I had £1200 to £1500 spend. After a great deal of contemplation, I thought a 24" would suit my needs.I saw a possible, ultimate 'Inspired' on Tarty, then, after calming myself down,I realised for that sort of cash, I could buy a 20" Onza and a 24" Dirt/Jump bikeas well! ( I live on the coast, with skate parks, miles of promenade, rocks and dunes to die for!).What would you do?, (or anyone else?) in my position? middleageman.(sorry, I appear to be 'jacking' my own thread!). Mowgli
quality over quantity and u can do both on the inspired too so only need to get used to one bike.

middleageman
mmmm, but are you biased because you are already Trialers? ha ha!
Mowgli
i recon if u got the inspired and got used to it you would understand but i see where your coming from. The inspired would be good on park and perfectly adequate for dirt jumping but it depends if u with to run those odd spring things on the front to save ur wrists. lol. Bionic Balls
mmmm, but are you biased because you are already Trialers? ha ha! definitely...anywhere else people would say 2 bikes beats 1..but not here..inspired !!
MadManMike
Inspired...If you want to do jumps / park as well, the Inspired will manage it. If you get two bikes they'll both be "alright" for the money but you're much better off building one good bike that will last you

Fish-Finger-er
I'd buy one of my DMR Transition 2 frames brand new with warranty for £125 No buying or selling in NMC!Ps. why is everyone talking in NMC, when your fully validated, I see NMC as a sort of primary school, once youve finished there, you dont really go back there again unless you need to, or to get a family member from there, and if you hang around there for too long, youll end up getting locked up.Also, I havent seen a single person with my avatar either, which i suppose is a good thing. middleageman
About posting in NMC, Fish-Finger-er, point taken. :$ I guess I thought by posting here, I would recieve more replies and therefore more help/advice. Plus the members forum can be quite 'tech'y and intimidating for a Newbie. Edited January 19, 2009 by middleageman
