Acs Claws?

Noticed how cheap they were and wondered if they were worth getting? Seems a bit too cheap for them to be great Tarty

Depends how much money you have, if your propper skint and need something to get out on your bike, then sure go for it, its a freewheel which works, but its not great, the lockring comes un-done and the engagment is poor and in my situation i would definatly go for a tensile, its well worth the extra money. Freewheel's are one of those things that you pay for what you get. And its well worth investing in a good one.

So no I wouldn't go for it, but hundreds of people do and get on just fine.

the problems with acs claws are that they have a exposed lockring which easily screws free , they lack engagements and there loose ball bearings . but apart from that there a realy good freewheel for beginers and very very gentle riders. If you are going to buy one i recomended getting a welded one from select bikes or putting a spot of weld on yourself , good luck .
