MAX (M.A.D)
Hi I am thinking of getting a new frame soon and quite like the Echo Pure 08 on tartybikes i wondered what people think of it and how it feels when riding and if it's strong? Hope you can help, Max.
James Shields
Personally, i don't rate echo frames, don't no why but there's something about them. anyway my mate has one and he rides it hard and well and its fine. to be honest it looks not to bad.they are going to be strong, they are deng but yeh, they are ok to ride surprisingly.james. Polish Petee
Hi there, I have an echo pure 08 and it seems to be a quiet good frame. It only weights 1.8 kg so its not bad. Also i think it is quiet strong
MAX (M.A.D)
Thanks for some opinions forgot to tell you im about 5ft 2 and will get the short version and would like to no more on the feel side of it, if that makes sence like is it nice to ride. (I think i mean the stand over but not sure )
Callum.Curwood
The Pure 08 is a really nice bike, my friend has one and it rides really nice. You have to get the right bars and stem set up to make it ride nice but a small hi-fi stem will be right The strenght is good aswell as I have seen my friend do some pretty good stuff on his and it has lasted. If you want me to uplaod some pictures of his bike complete just ask Callum. TNAMADA
it looks verry good, have a nice geo, comfortable for everything, but its crap anyway, i haven't seen uncracked of these frames-they are isn't strong at all eaven for a newbie
DannX
Echo pure is not the storngest frame.. But it has many advantages too- I think that's a very light frame! And not too expensive ( by us in Hungary ). But if you ask me, (and if u want to do the Street Trial and not the natural trial) than Buy a stronger frame. such as: Zoo frames! But it depends on you. Cookyboy
Think most have cracked due to running without a booster
MAX (M.A.D)
Where on the frame do they exactly crack
TNAMADA
all the frames cracks on 2 places-drop outs and near the seat tube, actually booster doesn't help on those frames. I told you-nice looking comfortable for gaps, side hops and for taps defenately but the material isnt strong thats why it is so cheap but if you have enough money youcan buy adamanat a1 frame - it is realy strong and comfortable frame Edited January 14, 2009 by TNAMADA
