NVWOCI WVS
Basically, I want to know if DMR have used the same size splines on their cranks as Middleburn do on theirs, because I want to run one of these (picture below) on my leeson. When compared to the middleburn sprocket (below) it looks like there might be a chance of compatibility...Any information much appreciated. You can hope but i don't think it would sit very well even if it did fit. I'm guessing you want to use 25t? Spider sprockets go lower than that don't they? Annoying huh? Luke Rainbird
Different size, different amount of teeth, different profile... The list goes on I'm afraid, so whilst you may be able to bodge it, it'll be more hassle than it's worth. If you really need a 25t or something for whatever reason, you'd probably have more luck just looking around for a standard chainring/getting one custom made if you can throw it together on some CAD software

forteh
Why dont you buy a middleburn spider and just fit a normal ring?Or if you have access to a cnc mill then you could make your own, Im sure if you talk nicely to steve@heatsink he might give you a cad drawing of the spline detail; failing that middleburn might even give you the profile.
