Posted January 3, 2009 Report Share Posted January 3, 2009 I don't know much about the this but i have retrieved a few things that shouldn't have been deleted.When something gets deleted on a computer the data just gets marked as free space, but the 1's and 0's are still there. I guess if you find out where microsoft office keeps it's autosaves and use one of those programs that can find deleted files you might get lucky, but it'd probably be quicker to type it out again.
