Shouldn't cost any more than £20 at your local bike shop, or its reasonably easy to do your self. By regular I mean like once a year with normal use, so its hardly every ride, just more often than the marzocchi and rockshox competition.I've got rockshox domains on my bike at the moment and they're awesome, but probably a little on the heavy side for the kinda riding you seem to want to do, they seem bomb proof though, and are amazingly stiff.
