Need some accurate results here btw. Might be looking at designing something but I need to know if its worth it or not

If you want to add any information too go ahead. This 'research' is mainly looking at gear setups of freehubs OR fixed hubs on the rear. So if you're running FFW you can still answer too

Mod riders, sorry, dont answer :P

But yeah PLEASE be helpful, not a hinderance

Thanks

I used to run a derraileur with gears on my stock, but it bugged me as it required constant sorting after bashing the thing plus the weight over the 74kingz I have now, though I did like the options it gave me.

On my 24" I run 2 gears with a 4-jeri. I change by using a allen key; its a pain in the arse but does the job and needs little f**king around with.

If you looking to make something to give me gears, it would need to be light (ish), tough (so it doesnt need adjustment if knocked) and simple.

(I didnt fill out any of the above, but felt compelled to stick my oar in elsewhere! :) )

You know what I've got now but when I used to run gears, I had two roadie inline cable adjusters which gave enough variation to run three gears.

Also, just had an idea for what I'm currently using and a possible way to run gears although it wiuld have to be manually changed.

Don't worry, I didn't click anything on the poll.
