mr kenny Posted December 28, 2008 Report Share Posted December 28, 2008 get i touch with the shop you bought it from.the unfortunate thing is if you got it second hand or is a non uk hub( bought from avt or the states useually they throw the 'warranty' back at you)so take it or send it with your proof of purchase to the retailer you got it from, if within warrenty it is there duty to have it repaired or replaced.if they deem its out of warrenty drop a shitty e - mail to evolution imports/ bromley bikes.if nothing there stump up the cash and send it to adam at tarty to rub his magical fingers over.
