Jo Prattley
Soon i am hopefully going to get a second hand profile hub for my zoo python .....But yesterday i was speaking to someone from TF on msn and i was told that they were not as good as i had thought they would be. I would really appreciate some information on them and if its worth keeping or selling .....Thanks everyone oh and merry xmas too !!!Jo Prattley
Connor Powell
Keep it, they are as good as the hype. The next best hub is a king but Profiles are seriously good hubs.
JT!
The only reason i don't have a profile is that i'm running rear disc. But yeah i had one and it was amazing.

eskimo
I only went back to a Profile 'cause my Eno needs a service and i was going back to rim brake for a while. The advantages are you have whopping size fun bolts and you can take the wheel out easier due to the rear drive. My first Profile was fine, this one is a bit turd. Every ride it clicks and snaps into position when little pressure is used. When pedal kicking it's fine, just on little movement while trackstanding. I bought this one from Tarty as it's supposed to have a Ti driver hence the price which isn't even listed on the spec, yet to remove and check though. But i guess Profile can't machine Ti all that well if that's the case.My Eno also felt allot better/ amazing when faking or even manualing or whatever/ rolling moves. Dan6061
Only problems I've had with mine is the bearings breaking every so often, but that costs me £5 to fix thanks to a local bearing manufacturer.
Echo-Scott
Profile's are great, Would never go back to a free wheel unless I was going double disk. Seriously worth the money, Mines been going just over a year now, Nothing has snapped/chipped atall. Only thing that i find annoying about them is the different sized flange's, not as easy to build as normal. But it's not to much bother.
