pudding
hey.just wondering what people think if dual disk.the ups and the downs.
Adam Fisher
Well if you like your sidehops but you hit the disk all the time = expensive on rotors if there bent beyond repair.Other than that i think its what disk brakes , setup and pads you use. bonzojim
hii use try-all (hope) dual disc all the time and never have any problems with them apart from the odd knock , then i straighten them up with a pair of adjustable spanners , they work well in all conditions with lots of power.try www.tartybikes.co.uk they will advise you on the best set to suit your needs, hope this helps.james s. Adam Fisher
yeah ill be running dual hope mono trial, just wondering aswell do people actually knock the rotors ?I use a disk on the front and its only occasionally damaged by sidehops. I think it would be the back thats to worry about.Look at your non-drive side chain-stay and see how much scratches/damage is there because a lot of that would be taken out on the rotor as well. Ben H!
All depends on how they are set up really, i have used double hope mono trials for nearly a year now & never had any problems apart from the odd bent rotor or two.Ben. Dan6061
Too quiet for my liking! Seem quite tempermental as well from what I've heard about them, pain to set up, then they don't always work?I don't think I'd ever get one on the back, that'd mean getting rid of my Profile! Which I don't want to do...
