Are My Fans Too Slow? And Temps Too High?

It depends what the graphics card is, the tend to have much higher working temperatures than CPUs, but Speedfan seems to think niether should go over about 35-40 degrees.

2 of you fans are only at 50% though, you could try putting them both up so it can cope better when it's under load?

Graphics cards are generally ok up to between 90-115 degrees depending on the card. Lots of people aim to have them at around 70 Celsius under load, with cpu's being slightly lower at around 60-65 Celsius under load.

5000+rpm on the graphics card though :- i take it you like jet engines :P

Ouch, try downloading this and then running it and see what happens to your temps while its going. Idle temps are a bit high but they don't mean diddly squat really, its the stress temps that you need to check.

Give it about 3 minutes of running time and watch your speedfan temps while its going.

3 mins pah. Give it a couple of hours. Really torture your system.

But sitting and watching speedfan temps for a few hours isn't much fun :(

Mind generally hits its highest temps during tests 3 and 4 and everything after that is about the same.

I've got 4 case fans, but -128C seems slightly unrealistic.

Put peas on it and see if you can flash-freeze them :P
