I used to use something like vixy,(search it in google) really good for getting any youtube video and downloading and putting it on ur ipod.

I think he was after one that converts the ones he already has, rather than having to download them.

I use videora, no watermarks or cuts in the film, and it automatically imports it into your iTunes when its done converting.

I've got about 3 converters from that website, they all work amazingly, and no silly watermarks. They're also incredibly simple to use, just set your settings, add all the videos you want to convert into the list, click go and wait until it's done.
