Rusevelt Posted December 20, 2008 Report Share Posted December 20, 2008 5-10 shoes get my vote!!!FiveTen impact shoes are the grippest flat pedal shoes on the market period As soon as you put your weight on the pedals, you can't move or twist your feet because their vice like grip. and because the sole is a little stiffer than most, you gain better power transfer for pedal kicks. they are expensive but the price should come down soon when ChainReaction get the latest 2009 designs.
