N Roach
Hey.Im thinking of buying some Trial Tech bars in white. Can anyone justify how tuff the paint work is, the reson I ask is that on the monty ti bars the white paint chipped off so easy and you were left with patches of exposed metal.RegardsNathan
Rusevelt
Why not just powder coat your Monty ti's and re-decal them? You could probably get it done for around £10 if the colour is not too unique or hard to get. decals are another matter. eskimo
They are a different geo and are wider. The Trialtech's appear to be powder coated which should be tougher. And they are only £35 on Tarty today.

tryallmaster
I would personally buy the trial tech bars. At that price and quality who can complain?! White is an awesome choice!Lewis.
AdamR28
Yeah, the paintwork is really tough, mine have been in and out of a tight-fitting stem a few times now and the paint is still intact Hurry though as the offer will change in a few hours Ads

My Montys chipped and scratched really easily around the stem and brake levers, whereas the trialtechs still look as good as the day I bought them.I put a really big scratch in mine though, but it had wood/dirt in there, so I used some paint thinners and it came up a treat. (Paint thinners doesn't damage powder coated paint, I did my whole Scott YZ0 frame once, came up like new!)
