Gogz-
The bb would be in the sky, its already high, for park n street Id say its too high, especially with a pretty long sus fork.OK thanks
J Trials 31
The white looks pretty good! Almost like I'd do mine, when ( if ever) I get one.
spaceman
Wow nice bike Ben! I can't wait to try it But I think it would be better if it's a darker brown with mint green stickers instead.
spaceman
Managed to get a pic of my friend's inspired too, so that makes it 3 in Singapore, haha.(I'm so tempted to sell my 24uk and get one myself too ) Edited December 19, 2008 by spaceman

walker
whats going on with the bash ring on that second one ads?
AdamR28
Looks like someone hasn't fitted it quite right so it's moved round as the freewheel/sprocket has nipped up.
walker
do you usually allow 15 degrees or so for it to tighten on? The one on my bike it a bit out, but it just results in better protection on my lead foot, so im not worried.
AdamR28
Usually we fit them in the same way we would remove a sprocket/FW so it's perfectly aligned.

We kinda tightened everything and realised that we had not aligned the bashring.
Ross McArthur
I bet you do lolQuestion ... Do you think the inspired would take 100mm sus forks? (without putting to much stress on the head tube) would it be able to take dirt, park and street? (as in non trials park and street)Listen to a me man, ive actually run a 100mm sus fork on it and it rode soooo nice. Ran a 100mm 10deg stem with no stackers with 1.5inch bars and it was sweet. Do it.
Ducko
both are well nice!bet singapore is awsome for riding looked good when i was there!
spaceman
Well, it's always the case of "the grass is greener on the other side" But I think 100mm is a bit too much? Maybe 60mm or 80mm. Else the BB would be elevated even more?

The front end will be higher so obviously the bike will be totally different geo, but it just works really well. Try it.

Ben_OCP
Yup. I mean if its too high just try running a lower stack height?
Jamie East
Anyone know what make the tensioners in the first/second pic are?
Sponge
Just as a general question to punt:Do Inspireds/most trials 24"s feel a great deal more difficult to ride 'BMX' than a sharply-set-up BMX? We're talking popping massive flicky bunnyhop gaps, complete mid-air 360 bunnies, long and easy manuals, front wheel balance tricks, tailwhip bunnyhops (whoppers); and general suitability for flatbanks and ramps?Always wondered. Ben_OCP
Jamie East: Its a point racing tensioner on the first bike, not too sure about the second one though?Sponge: It does feel difficult with the type of set up that we're running, a few BMX'ers have tried them out and they found it too low and long? Maybe running a shorter stem and higher risers would feel a little better? Oh yes and here are two new Inspired's that have been built up! cultiv8ed_mike
I'd be really interested to see how one rides with suspension set up for dirt jumping.
