Greetings
Nike Cortez. Been riding in them for 3,5 years now and there's no sign of them falling apart. They really must be one of the best shoes ever.
J Trials 31
DC Rob Dyrdek's or Zoo York Astor's work really well. Currently swapping between the two.

Jason222
I'm currently using Shimano Dx shoes, and they're pretty decent. Wide sole, flap that goes over the laces like try-alls, and ankle protection. Fit really nicely. The only thing I don't like about them is how hard the bottoms are. Because of the hard bottom, they don't grip as well on platform pedals. I've been told cage pedals work excellently with them though. ben_travis
get some high top skate shoes....last longer / cheaper (if you hit up the right places).i have some zoo yorks that i love. They needed bedding in, but now i prefer them over any trials shoe. Mind you, i have seriously weak ankles, and need support for when im riding. Im no longer sporting my grey Etnies any more. Im a Nike man now....not high tops either.

If I land on a rock it will be crushed like a thing thats crushed easy...Ankle support isnt going to stop you from breaking your ankle. Not in a pair of Edinburgh Zoos anyway.
