Why is everyone talking about brakes, when the question is about tires? I am sure that car tires that are built for water are designed to channel water away WHEN SPINNING. I am not sure that the would be any improvement in traction if the tire is not turning. So a trials bike with Aquatred style would only mean less rubber to make contact in center of tire...

Yer true suppose you have a point , maybe its not worth it

Yeh creepy crawlers are really good in the wet when i had them they were no trouble. Wen i needed a new tyre i thaught i'd go for an echo wich a very good in the wet because of the softer compound but i fynd in the wet they dont perform as well as the cc's. I hope i have given you some idea :P
