Village Idiot
Not had a problem with the DMRs moving around the bars before - mind you they were only on for a few rides .Try double sided sticky tape and whitespirit - put a bit of double sided sticky tape on the bars, then use white spirit instead of hairspray to fit the grips. Has worked quite well for me with other grips.

Has worked quite well for me with other grips. That sounds well long...I suggest you clean your grip out with water dry them out then sprat the smallest amount of gt85 in there and force them on, leave them for am hour then they should be sweet. It works for me every time.

shamus
get em off however you can gt85/wd40 whatever.then clean em up (white spirit minimal amount wipe around usin cloth and screwdriver in cloth)then put some zip ties in end of grip (ratchet side to bar) you'll probably need around 5/6 spaced around, then force grip on over zip ties, completely dry. once its on yank the zips out and bobs your uncle, grips on fully flush and dry, that way there s no chance of throttle. then zip tie the grips on againmake sure you use pliers or similar to fully tighten em and then cut them as flush as possible otherwise i guarentee u'll cut youself on the extra surplustop tip - melt the end with a lighter to make it rounded and not sharp. does the business! Has worked quite well for me with other grips. That is exactly what golfers do, iv never seen anyone have grip come off there club.Just get foams They feel nicer lolBit of a ball ache to fit (rockman thicks) but yeah, definatly do feel better in my opinion. Also i have fitted grips using linx body spray (not deodorant as this leaves a residue) tends to evaporate quicker and the grips are easier to remove than if you use hairspray.
