M-i-t-c-h Posted February 2, 2009 Report Share Posted February 2, 2009 just remember 60 bps or below, if its higher get running.simpleDoesn't it totally depend on your natural resting heart rate, i have a really high heart rate, mine was 72pm last time i did it and i'm pretty fit and healthy.A guy i climb with has the same and he is well fitter than me (well not looks obviously ) but his is 68 last we did it and he runs half marathons.
