Natural-comp Vs Street Mod Frames Geo?

I've been reading various posts on the forum regarding mod frames. If I understand correctly, it seems that comps/natural frames are short with smaller chainstays and lower bb whilst other frames (streety ones) are longer with longer chainstays and higher bb.

WHY?

thanks

To be honest in a comp its better to have a shorter frame as you can fit tighter spaces. Street its just that they ride and have a streety feel if its longer. Personally i'd rather have a shortish frame for both.
