thewoomaster
Do you have any pics of it set up dude?, also is it really worth £50?
Adam_3
Here's the best pic i could find, and yes i now have a post/seat before anyone comments as i said though never caused me any problems!
spaceman
I read from another topic that the Tensile tensioner is based on the Rohloff, but cheaper by half!If money is not a problem, I would recommend the Rohloff. But 46-ish pounds is quite a lot in my currency.
grant_hundley
the tensile one isn't half as good as a Rohloff
adam trials
I have two of the tensile ones, long arm and short arm, i snapped the spring on one trying to get some tension in the chain, they are good but are abit bulky i find and get in the way.Adam. thewoomaster
Maybe i'll get the Rohloff looks like it might not get hit ? What chain do you run with the Rohloff? Ta for pics too ad you Inspired look's sweet.
Adam_3
The chain i'm running with the rohloff is KMC, got it from tarty's
Tom Booth
I'm going to back the DMR Simple Tension seaker here, or the cheaper equivalents. Just use a big nut and bolt apposed to the mech hanger bolt and the jobs a good'en. Mines been good for a few months now, just needs to be pushed back up after a few rides
Alex@Flawless Bikes
I would have to say stay clear of the tensile, as I had one on my inspired but it wouldn't keep the chain tight enough. So I try adjusting it and manage to round all the bolts off and it wasn't like I was using a sh*t allen key or being a di*k. Anyway I run the 74kings now and haven't had any problem with that just don't run them madly tight!
thewoomaster
Yer i'll be stayin away from the Tensile one!! Thanks for reply's dude Hopfully i'll be able to pick-up one off the forum.
monkeyseemonkeydo
I run the 74kings now and haven't had any problem with that.As above. Nice and simple and haven't had any problems at all. Bought it second hand and still haven't snapped any springs.
